I have no Delete button for AirPods Pro on iCloud.com. Why? I also have no ability to disconnect AirPods with my iPhone because it was lost. How I can delete AirPods from my device list on iCloud.com?

No, this will not help. Each device is registered separately for an Apple Account. Removing one device will not remove Bluetooth devices, which are paired to the iPhone.
I understand this. But may be deleting iPhone will return the Delete button for AirPods Pro and so I will be able to delete them separetely?
