Urgent Request to Recover Permanently Deleted iCloud Photos

Dear Apple Support Team,




I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious issue.




Yesterday, I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro and transferred all data from my previous iPhone 11. After confirming that the transfer was successful, I began cleaning my old iPhone by deleting apps and photos, not realizing that both devices were signed into the same iCloud account.




As a result, all of my photos, which are extremely important to me, were deleted from iCloud and permanently removed from the “Recently Deleted” folder. I have attempted recovery through Google Photos, but only a small portion was restored.




I am aware that Apple Support Community mentions that:


“If you have deleted your photos from Recently Deleted, then it is not possible to get them back.”




However, I am requesting your exceptional assistance to see if there is any possibility to recover these permanently deleted photos from iCloud’s internal backups or any other method. These photos have immense personal value, and any support would mean a great deal to me.




I am ready to provide all necessary details, including my Apple ID, device serial numbers, or any additional information required.

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" in regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.


I strongly suspect, though, that you will just have to reconcile to the files being gone permanently unless you kept a copy elsewhere.
