Change "Allow Applications from" setting to open Java app
Hi, How do I change the Security setting which says "Allow Applications from" this is under Privacy & Security. I am not able to open Java application.

Contact your IT Department since they are restricting what your Mac can do.
Or a previous owner may still have control of the Mac if this is a used Mac that was not properly prepared for sale.
