iCloud login fails on Windows desktop in Chrome

Hey there, when i attempt to login to my icloud via my windows desktop (google chrome), i get this error message: "Failed to verify identity. Try again" I don't have issue logging in my apple account and icloud via my iPhone and Macbook. I am successful logging in to my apple ID in the windows desktop via passkey but not via password. It's just this windows desktop that I can't seem to login to. Please advice
