How to send email from an existing Hide My Email address

Thanks for your reply. It doesn’t answer my question, though.

I already have the company’s contact info, and I know the “hide my email” address I used to set up my account with them. It’s my login email address. There was no previous correspondence between that company and I, so there’s nothing to archive.

My problem is that I cannot send an email from that address. I already tried using the mail app and iCloud mail online and neither give me the option to send do so. I can only send from a newly generated address, my actual email address, or my alias address.

I need to send the company a support request through email from the address I use to login to my account.

Let me say it a different way…

When I try to compose an email, and change the “from” address to one of my “hide my email” addresses, I am only able to select my iCloud email address, my alias iCloud email address, or to create an entirely new hidden email address. I can’t even type in the “from” section manually. There’s simply no option to send from one of my hidden email addresses.
