Memojis disappearing after iOS 26.1 update on iPhone 13 Pro Max

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 26.1 and my Memoji’s disappeared. I had a few personalized characters and some of family/friends and the disappeared with iOS 26, then I made a new one of myself and since updating to iOS 26.1 it has also disappeared. I don’t want to keep remaking it every few weeks, anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and as soon as I updated to iOS 26.1, all my emojis disappeared. There’s no way to access them, and even though the emoji keyboard is listed in keyboards in Settings, there are no memoji’s accessible in any of the apps that normally use emojis.
