Apple Watch failed during scuba diving at 30m depth, resulting in constant boot loop

I went scuba diving with my Apple Watch Ultra at depth level of 30m. The watch failed and is in a constant apple boot loop when charging. I passed by an apple retailer and they refused to fix for free which I believe is my right as Apple falsely advertised the watch as a scuba watch to 40m and I only went down 30m and it failed. I do understand it is out of warranty butnot out of the suggested lifetime of the watch and therefore it should not fail on the operations it has been made for, hence scuba diving.

Did you already check this article about it?

Your Apple Watch is water resistant, but not waterproof. For example, you can wear and use your Apple Watch during activities such as exercise (exposure to sweat is OK), walking in rain, and washing your hands. With Apple Watch Ultra, you can also participate in high-speed water sports and recreational scuba diving up to 40 meters.

Even the seals of the Apple Watch Ultra lose their function over time, that's why you can also get the watch tested before you dive:

The seals on all Apple Watches and other smartwatches may lose their function over time and depending on the environment they have been used in, especially if you are using your watch in salt water on a regular basis.

If you are not using your Apple Watch Ultra for recreational scuba diving, you should get a professional diving watch, which is absolutely waterproof.

Ingo, it is clear that you are one apples support agents trying to water down the topic. The issue is not that the watch failed for me anymore. The issue is Apples false advertisement that I want to make the world know through all platforms. I only dived 30m and it failed! I don’t care for the sealant argument, they should have advertised it that it is only a scuba watch during the warranty period and after that it will fail.
