iPhone: Cannot send pics/videos to one Android contact

I have an iPhone and she has an android and I can receive text messages and pictures from her and I can send text messages to her yet I’m unable to send her any pictures or videos. I've tried sending pictures to other contacts both with iMessage/text message and they always go through. I don't understand why they won't deliver to my one friend. Ive spent many hours on the phone with my phone carrier and internet provider and I've even tried restarting network settings that my provider said would work but it didn't work. Anything I’ve tried doesn’t work.

Please help me resolve this issue. I appreciate your time & help in resolving this issue.

Hey Debbie, I’ve run into this issue myself, and here’s what worked for me. First, go to Settings → Messages on your iPhone and make sure MMS Messaging is turned on. If it already is, try resetting your network settings by going to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset Network Settings (just note that this will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords). Also, double-check with your carrier to confirm that MMS is enabled on your plan. Finally, have a friend with an Android phone send you a small picture to test. That usually fixes the problem for most people.
