Every time I use my phone, it picks up conversations and starts texting. It’s driving me crazy how do I turn it off?

I use my phone no matter what I do it picks up. It’s constantly listening and texting. I can’t turn it off. I want it not to pick up my conversations constantly.

It's trying to send audio messages? If a Messages conversation is open and you hold your phone a certain way, it'll automatically start recording an audio message. You can disable this in Settings > Apps > Messages and toggling off Raise to Listen.
