The icon on my iMac Pro's desktop has recently changed.
See attached photo.
Starting up with a guest account usually fixes the problem, but when I restart with my account, the problem returns.
Does anyone have a solution without a clean install?

Have you done a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically to see if corrects the problem?
Hmm... does the desktop icon for your Seagate 4T external drive look normal...?
Yes, the Lacie (Time Machine external drive) icon is completely normal.
At this moment I have this one.
