Cannot upgrade iCloud storage plan
I have an iTunes ID and an Apple ID, my iCloud is linked to my Apple ID, i keep getting this message so unsure what to do

Your Apple Account is the same as all other IDs you use with Apple, including iCloud, so there is no "separate iTunes ID".
I have never seen that message before. Is there something special about your account? Is it managed by a school or business?
