Email to box jumping back 4 years

My iCloud inbox goes back to 18/10/25 but after that it jumps all the way back to 2022 any ideas ? I’ve tried searching for the email I need prior to that date but it doesn’t find it and I need to access it soon for some tickets I booked

I’ve logged out and back in etc to not avail
