Brand new airpods 3 only last 1 1/2 hour in sound when in use

I purchase a month and a half ago the air pods pro 3. Since using them i notice they never last more then 1 hour and half while listening to music/podcast/netflix which is very frustrating as the website says 8hours. Any suggestion?
