Apple Support iMessage Not Working
I’m trying to message Apple Support via iMessage but it’s saying I need to enable my iMessage but it’s already on! Is there an email address I can send a message to?

There's a "Get Support" link to Apple Support at top right (and another at bottom left) on this discussion page.
Eg (online chat / phone / email etc.)
