Unable to get notification on both devices when iPhone was on DND mode

I was under gaming on iPhone and I cant get notification on Apple Watch. It is frustrated that I could miss out some important message when I was gaming on iPhone ( the DND mode will be auto enabled when gaming )

Apple Watch Series 11, watchOS 26

Did you set up the Focus "Do Not Disturb" to allow notifications to get through?

Settings -> Focus -> DND-> Allow Notifications -> Apps -> Allow Notifications From -> Add your message application.
