I subscribed to Microsoft 365 for my MacBook Pro and I can’t add the app because my computer is logged into an old account of mine. I do still have that email but have an Apple ID w another email active on my phone

So what is the issue exactly? Seems like we're missing part of the story here.
Did you subscribe on your Mac? On your Phone?
Did you subscribe through the Apple App Store or directly with Microsoft on their website?
If you explain that you did and what the issue is, someone may be able to advise.
