Distorted display settings after macOS update on MacBook Air M3

Ever since latest update my display settings have gone haywire. Its almost as if screen is broken. This is a MacBook Air M3 from 2024.

No matter what colours, wall papers dark light inverse the colours are horrific and glaring. I have been trying to Chat GPT this the whole day with everyone suggestion, option and toggle no longer being available. How can revert back to previous version? I cant use it anymore and have been forced to dig out my old 2017 MacBook Air. This in incredible!!
