New iPhone, Weather units not syncing with Apple Watch

Just was gifted a new iPhone 16 Pro, and everything seems to have ported over from the older phone but for one thing: while Weather app on phone is F, on Watch it’s stuck on C units. I’ve restarted both, and updated OS on both, set mirroring, but can’t seem to find how to get Watch up to showing degrees in F.
