I received my new iPhone 17 Pro last week, and my Outlook will not sync. I called Apple Support, but they couldn't help me. I called Microsoft, and the IT support stated this is a known issue, but I do not see it reported anywhere.
When I try to add an email account under settings - mail - add account, I go through the prompts and eventually get a message that my account can't be verified with Outlook. I can log into Outlook on my PC.

This would be a Microsoft issue, not Apple or your device. You need 2FA to access Outlook via 3rd party app.
I have issues with syncing across the whole platform. Music... Photo's... Basically, if there isn't a fix soon, I'm taking the phone back because it is not doing what I want it to do... So far, a white elephant in the room and a waste of money
