Unable to Send SMS to 199 for eSIM Activation

I am from India and currently using an iPhone 17 Pro with a Jio physical SIM. I would like to switch to an eSIM, but I am facing an issue while sending the activation SMS to 199.

Whenever I try to send the message, it is not showing me message type screen. I even tried saving the number as a contact and resending it, but the problem persist.

Please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can successfully activate my eSIM.

None of those are Apple issues, you'll need to contact JIo or whomever your esim provider is.
