App Store will not open - Cannot connect "The page couldn't be loaded. try again" Retry

I have purchased a new iPhone and am trying to download some apps from the App Store but it's say cannot connect. I have restart the phone several times, reconnect with several WiFi and I have also updated the IOS to 26.1 but I cannot connect to the app stores. Please give me a solution immediately, thanks.
