I bought an iPad 3 from the flea market and it came with a piece of paper saying the email password and other stuff like AppleCare info but when I put in the email and password in the activation lock screen it said it was wrong and the person hasn't replied to my email yet.
Until that person who “owns” the still-registered Apple Account cooperates, that iPad will NEVER work for you.
We can’t … and Apple won’t … help you.
Keep in mind that the person who sold you the iPad might not be the owner of the Apple Account either.
