How do I fully restore this All Mailboxes in Mail App?

You can try this.

Go to Internet Accounts in System Settings. Remove your email Account after clicking on it and click on Delete Account. Then re-add it.

I have been unable to solve the problem this way. But ChatGPT5 asked me to create a smart All Inboxes for any mail in each account. Following the steps advised by ChatGPT5 has now led to full restoration of the previous situation.
