I changed my old appleid myid@mail.ru to new appleid myid@gmail.com but my old iphone4 is stuck with old myid@mail.ru and I cannot log out and everything cause old myid@mail.ru no longer exists How to remove that old mail.ru!?

You would need to submit proof of ownership of the device to remove the account. In most cases this is the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. Not sure if that is possible for you, but it is submitted here if that is something you have:

Apple Accounts must be removed from the device before you follow the steps to delete an account and it is also detailed in that support document for deletion. It is not possible to remove an account using a password on an account that no longer exists.
