Can I sort iCloud mail folders in iOS Mail?

iPhone SE (3rd), iOS 18.6.2

In Mail on iPhone, on the Mailboxes screen, below the list of mailboxes is a list of iCloud mail folders. I need to change the order in which these folders are listed.

Pressing Edit on the Mailboxes screen (top right corner) lets you choose which mailboxes to show/hide and shows the three stacked lines icon for each that lets you move mailboxes up or down in the list -- but it does not allow these functions for iCloud folders. Some iCloud folders--Drafts, Sent, Junk, Trash, Archive -- are greyed in the list, and you can't mess with them. The folders I created follow these in the list. They are not greyed, and I can change their names and delete them, but nothing else.

I changed the order of the folders in iCloud, but that change has not been picked up on my phone.
