Ordered the Mac Mini-Need a recommendation on a 27" display that compares to my 2019 iMac (or better!)

I just ordered the Mac mini With the following configuration: Apple M4 chip with 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine 32GB unified memory w/ 1TB SSD storage. Does anyone have suggestions on a monitor that would work well? I am in real estate, I don't do my own photo or video work. I ordered an extenral webcam already.

If money is no object, the 27" Apple Studio Display has a 5K screen that is extremely similar to the one in your iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019). It goes for $1599+ USD.

LG used to be the only other manufacturer making 27" 5K (5120x2880 pixel) displays, but these days, I believe that there are models from LG, Samsung, BenQ, Asus, and ViewSonic. These are still likely to be pretty expensive.

A lot of people have settled for 27" – 32" 4K monitors, These are not as sharp as 27" 5K monitors, but some basic, decent ones (with IPS panels, 100% or near-100% coverage of sRGB, modern inputs, and height-adjustable stands) go for as little as $300 – $400 USD.

FWIW, the speakers built into displays are generally pretty bad and not a whole lot better than the Mini's speaker. If all you want them for is voice, they will probably be okay or don't mind tinny music like out of an old transistor radio of the 70's.

You can get fairly decent powered speakers or a soundbar that could sit under the display rather inexpensive that would sound orders of magnitude better.

Just seen your decision to go with the iMac but be warned by my experience.

In the photo I recently uploaded you will see my 27" iMac which is no longer in my studio as it failed a year ago (possibly the power supply unit) and he cost of repair (for an obsolete technology) was not economically justifiable.

What I am saying is that if anything goes wrong you have lost everything . . . computer and monitor.

If the mini packs in you still have a working monitor and in my case a working bootable 2TB SSD.

Furthermore the mini generally has a better performance than the iMac and certainly has more ports and general connectivity.
