Backups taking up a lot of iCloud storage

I have a limit of 50 GB in my iCloud account, but in less than two weeks the used space has gone from less than 1 GB to 40 GB with "Backups" taking up 30 GB. The weird thing is when I click on backups, it only shows my iPhone taking up 0 B. At this rate I will run out of storage quickly.

Has this happened to anyone else, or does someone know how to delete backups to free up space on iCloud?

Download All of iCloud:

To conserve space on iPhone, download all of iCloud. Then, search for it, using a new Finder window.
