Unable to restore iPhone 17 Pro Max from iCloud during setup

Purchased iPhone 17 pro max, since last 16 hrs, its not able to restore from iCloud, not able to use the phone

If the phone is still in the midst of the setup process, then press and hold the sleep/wake button (on the right side of the phone; the upper of the two buttons) until a menu appears at the bottom, and tap “Start Over.” Then start going through the setup process again. Follow the instructions in Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support.


If those instructions are not working, you’ll need to be more descriptive about what’s not working and what happens when you try in order for anyone to advise further.
