cant change width of mail columns under Tahoe

Hold the cursor over the dividing line, it will change to an adjustment icon. When you see that, click and drag the column line.

Quit the Mail.app and relaunch it holding the Shift key down and compare your results.

Try toggling "Use Column Layout" in the View menu, and then toggling it back. I think that may have fixed it for me, we'll see.

Look under View in Settings >>Use Column Layout

I'm still dealing with this exact issue. I have tried EVERYTHING! It's making me crazy. I know how to change columns widths, the issue is that once they are set and I either send a new email or reply to one, the column widths all change and I have to reset them again. It's SOOOO frustrating. If anyone has any ideas..... Thank you!
