The iTunes Store is unable to process Gift Certificates at this time.

its been 2 months now and my problem has not fixed i got like 922ADE

IN MY ACCOUNT BUT ITS SHOWING ME THAT MY APPLE ACCOUNT BALANCES IS DISABLED.

and every time I contact with Apple support they teleport me to Apple Call Centre and every time I called them they said they would fix it.

They always told me I will get an email in 2 or 3 business days or work days I guess and I’m waited for a week and I reached them like 6 or 9 times and its the same problem and they still saying the same like i waited and having hope and patient but what’s wrong? Apple I give you all my information and still the same problem.

What’s going on?
