Charging cable in the box (Iphone 17)

The cable probably. The iPhone will not however charge at that level, so it's pretty irrelevant whether the cable can support it or not.

The iPhone 17 has a max charge rate of 40 watts for Fast Charging. It will not use any more wattage than that regardless of how much wattage the charger can deliver.

in my country in eu, what amount of watt a cable is able to transfer without busting into flame is not a thing and never listed for any electronic equipment, which sort of makes me think, cables which would have low limitation would not be legal to sell, and I sort of suspect apple ship the same charging cables with iphone 17s they sell all over the world.
