Understanding WebKit feature flags in Safari on iPhone

I have tried to look and I simply cannot find answer and it seems pretty straightforward, but I literally am just curious. I am an average consumer not a developer therefore is it still OK to be seeing a bunch of Web kit feature flies toggled on in my Apple phone Safari advanced settings? I think it is normal but I just wanted to double confirm
