How to access hppt url web sites?

I am trying to log in to a hotel wifi. I can find their network in stettings and their login page appears but none of their user name & passwords work for me. My wife had no trouble logging on to it. I see this screen when accessing their url directly:

I cannot find this setting to turn it off
