“Doesnt happen with screen recordings, both users have iphone 16 & state there's no issues on their end. Seems to only be happening with 1 person”

Contact Apple Support:
Given a factory reset did not fix this, do you update your iPhone to the most-recently released update? This may all may be no more than a glitch that has yet to be fixed. And to get this fixed, best you can do is contact Apple Support directly over-the-phone, see Apple F2F at a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store or have a chat of your product type with Apple Support. In the meantime, report this as a bug to Apple...
So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: on when this’ll began, and how you’ve troubleshot this, this thus far. Include the URL of this thread
- Proceed from there as necessary
