iphone pro max had it for 2 weeks and the case is already showing wear. my iphone 11 looks great how are you going to protect it certianly won't have any value if it looks like its been in the war. any suggetions I purchs

If you’re referring to a phone case you are using to protect your phone you will need to contact the manufacturer BUT most do not provide warranty for your device or any cosmetic damage and will only cover what is deemed a defect in the case itself. Definitely reach out to them to see if you have any options.
If you’re referring to the phone showing wear…like you aren’t using a protective case on it and it’s showing some wear already….then to keep from experiencing more wear you should get a case to protect it. Apple doesn’t cover cosmetic damage under warranty.
