Siri's response disappears too quickly for me too read.

Seems a Siri response will disappear as soon as we activate something else, if not before.
We can ask Siri a second time, to see the response again.
NB: Siri learns what we need from what we do.
Else:
Making a quick screenshot lets us refer back and forth to Siri's response as long as we like.

seems there are no settings for automatically keeping Siri's responses on screen for longer:
