I got a M2 Mac Mini (2023)
Suddenly it won't boot - doesn't even get any image on the screen. I've tried to restore the computer myself - through "Apple Configurator" - I have connected the two machines with a Thunderbolt cable, see attached pictures.
Also tried doing it through finder:
Could it be that the SSD is defective? Any tips on how to troubleshoot further? I'm out of ideas.

When you take it in be sure to have your Mini login user name and password as well as you iCloud username and password. They will need both, particularly the iCloud set.
Please carefully read the troubleshooting steps, if you still cannot get the computer to start up then you can call AppleCare. If necessary they will help you make an appointment at the closest Apple Authorized Service Provider to you.
I have read the troubleshooting and have performed a hard restart, reset the SMC and NVRAM/PRAM. Still not working - think I'll bring it to a Apple store and talk to them. Thanks anyway rkaufmann87!
