Till yesterday, I have all my albums but today I noticed that many of my albums are missing. I am on Iphone 16 Pro. searched all recently deleted and hidden options but could not locate. what could be the reason?

What do you see at iCloud.com?
Albums are transferred separately from the pictures, and Photos puts them together after it receives them. It has looked weird somethings, but I have never failed to get exactly what's at iCloud.com. iCloud Photos, Mac Photos, and iPhone Photos should have the exact same structure (except for Smart Albums.)
At Settings>General>iPhone Storage, my phone says 50.5 GB of 128 GB used. What does yours say?

Also,
Am using iCloud sync. Ample space on iCloud and iPhone and MacBook. All my Photos are available, except only some albums are available. It takes time to rebuild albums. It never happened before since I am an iPhone user for ages. The only new addition is MacBook. I tried to import from iPhone to MacBook. Not sure if it has anything to do with removal of albums
