Why is there a white banner on top of my photos app, instead of the date and year stamp.

i recently got the 16 pro w the IOS 26 and facing this issue

In fact it’s on all my default apps.

Music, photos and settings.

Instead of it looking like an endless scroll.

can somebody please tell me if this is a a new IOS thing or is it just on my phone.
