1 year ago it paired OK and no problems until recent unpairing

Guys, I am affraid it is a software built in bug that disables to use the Apple products iPhone 7 a Apple watch 3 even if it is the same brand and the internet search confirmed these product are compatible. I am very diapointed about that :( It is a betrayal of the trust in Apple.
