I have been using a Logitech combo touch keypad for 2-3 years. Now the space bar no longer works. I thought the keyboard finally wore out so I purchased a new one and the space bar does not work. Why?

Because countless reports of space bar not working in these forums have been fixed by making sure Full Keyboard Access is turned off. For unknown reasons it can get turned by mistake, and its default mode seems to assign space bar to "activate", which in practice can mean "do nothing."

This is often because Full Keyboard Access has accidentally been turned on in Accessibility settings. Make sure it is OFF.
if it was me then I would test it (well both really) with another computer to verify they are fully working
I will try that. But I don’t understand why that is so important?
I do not have access to another iPad 11 Pro.
