Apple Card settlement letter delay for credit rescore

I am having trouble getting support from Apple after agreeing to a settlement and paying it in full a couple of days ago. I am trying to get a credit rescore done using a mortgage company and I am needing a letter showing its paid in full with no balance. They are saying the letter itself will take 30 days (which i dont have). I then asked if I could add the credit bureaus on my account so that they can discuss the balance on the account if they call for the rescore. Apple support one day tells me yes, no problem. A couple days later, a different agent says absolutely not, to add any third party, a power of attorney is needed (which takes 30 days for approval, again, time i dont have) or I have to call in with each bureau on the line and I have to stay on the call the whole time. I'm almost wondering at this point if I go ahead and just pay the full balance rather than the settled amount if they can send me proof its paid in full sooner than 30 days. But I'm a bit frustrated that none of apple support seems to care about being helpful.

First, it’s not Apple or Apple Support. Apple is not a bank and does not issue or service credit cards. Apple Card is issued and serviced by Goldman Sachs Bank.

A mid-cycle report is not a standard service. Some banks will react quicker than others. No one here or on Reddit, Facebook and other social media platforms can assist or provide meaningful responses. We don’t have your file in front of us and have no way of knowing how Goldman Sachs will proceed.

You need to be talking with your mortgage loan officer and explain the situation and let him advise you on how to proceed. I know this isn’t the answer you were looking for, but Goldman employees can help or provide meaningful assistance.
