How do I create an album on my iPhone running iOS 18 in a Photos Shared Library that is visible to the other users of the Shared Library. At the moment, I can create an album but is is showing up under my Personal Library albums and not visible to the other Shared Library users?
I understand why you might want to do that, but you cannot. Each user of a Shared Library can see only items from the Shared Library only in Albums they create and populate for themselves. Each of us must organize our own view of the Shared Library, coordinated with our view of our Private Library (since the same Albums can point to both).

As a work-around: On my Mac I am tagging all photos I am sharing in my Shared Library with the name of the album they are in as a keyword. Then I can recreate the album for the Shared Library as a smart album with the rule "Keyword is ...".
