Apple has an entirely unfair subscription cancellation and refund policy.
Several years ago I used a product called Carista with an ODB-II adapter I have for my car. It worked beautifully. But I didn't continue the subscription. I decided to resubscribe because I knew the product worked well and paid about sixty bucks for a year. I installed the app and discover it no longer works with my device even though it used to. I am left with a choice to pay more money to Carista for. their adapter or to cancel the subscription and look for an alternate product. However, Apple refuses to refund the subscription even under these circumstances. Even speaking with Senior Analysts, I am led to believe that they have no process in place to reach anyone to reconsider the refund. If their billing department wants to be unfair and unresponsive, that is their choice.
