I have a Logitech H390 and H391 wired headset and the macbook does not show either
and
I have a Jabra evolve 20 wired headset and same issue.
I have to get one of these to pair with my macbook or I lose my job.
Please help!

Your post is confusing. Wired headsets don't pair. Only Bluetooth headsets pair. Which do you have?

As you wrote those are all wired headsets, none of which can pair with a Mac or anything else. I suppose you're out of a job.
What did the manufacturers say when you contacted them for support?
