Unable to disable Face ID for Photos app on iPhone

I was told to use settings, select Face ID and Passcode then go to Other Apps. Select Photos and toggle to off. However, there is no Photos app to select on my phone.

Original Title: My photos require face id to access. i tried to remove but photos app is not listed in the Face ID and passcode from Settings in other apps
