How can I report a fraudulant charged on my Apple Credit Card?

I purchased something that turned out to be fraud and I need to reverse the charge. I'd also like to take legal action against the seller. How can I do it? There didn't seem to be a way from the app, nor the website. I just want to dispute a charge. Help!
