Access Apple Cash without an iPhone or iPad

I had an iPhone, my iPhone unfortunately was damaged beyond repair. I don't have access to an iPad or another iPhone and need to transfer funds left in my Apple Cash account to my current bank account, until I can afford another iPhone. Please help, thank you in advance!
