Beats Solo 4 won’t stay connected to Samsung TVs

I have spent WAY to much time looking for the Truth on Why Beats Solo 4 wont stay connected with Samsung TVs. I’snt there a law saying they have to be compatible or list on the box what they wont connect to so people like myself that have to save for months to afford new headphones dont purchase Beats to discover they wont work on a smart samsung tv anymore. Apple’s Beats no longer stay connected with Samsung TV’s. Its like they are hiding the Truth because there is NO answers on the Web and Apple Support Will not tell you why! They just run you around with “Try This Next”

AFAIK, there isn’t a law that forces cross-brand compatibility beyond the Bluetooth spec itself. Manufacturers only have to support baseline profiles (A2DP for audio, AVRCP for controls). Beats Solo 4 speak SBC and AAC; many Samsung TVs prefer SBC or Samsung’s own codec and sometimes stumble with multipoint and power-save quirks. That’s why you’ll see “works with iOS/Android” on the box, but not a promise about every TV model.

I really don't have any answers to your post's primary askits, but if you are willing, I suggest you try the following to see if they can help:

  • On the TV: Settings → Sound → Bluetooth Speaker List → select your Beats → “Disconnect” then “Delete/Unpair.” Hold the TV remote power button ~10 seconds until it hard-restarts.
  • Reset your Beats: Hold Power + Volume-down ~10 seconds until the LED flashes.
  • If your Beats are paired to phones/tablets/computers, turn Bluetooth off on those or disable “connect to multiple devices.” Beats will constantly “hunt” otherwise.
  • Pair again: TV → Bluetooth Speaker List → put Beats in pairing (hold power) → select them, wait until the TV shows “Connected for audio.”
  • On the TV, turn off Multi-Output Audio, Sound Mirroring, and any Power Saving for Bluetooth if present.
  • Finally, if you haven't already, try updating your TV’s software.

Hay Teesserax 😎

So I didnt give up because I am a War of Being relentless to solve anything Beneath My Skin. I am Now connected to my Samsun Model Code : UN65TU7000FXZA Smart TV with my Beats Solo 4 Headphones. I was looking to change the position of my CC in the cox cable settings menu and found a “Bluetooth Devices” option in Accessibility Settings> Bluetooth Devices> at first it only had my old Airpods so I deleted those and tried to Pair my Beats they showed up but I couldn’t select them so I backed out of it “just One back step” and went right back in and the Beats were there and selectable so I selected them and now Im listening to them as I am typing. Heres a pick

So sad … it just did the same thing Paired up ok Connected for 3 seconds and I herd 1 word then disconnected. I have connected with the tv one time only. I read a tip that if you connect another headset or buds then try to connect the Beats it will ask do you want to disconnect the headphones currently connected and connect the Beats ‘YES or ‘NO. It worked the first time I tried it for 6 hrs but hasn't worked since. I know Beats can receive and play sound from my Samsung. But getting it to work again has been problematic.

Well, I'm not so lucky. I keep trying to connect my beats headphones to my TV and it connects for about three seconds and then disconnects. I'm pretty furious at this point. I've done the hard reset on the headphones. I've checked the firmware on the headphones and the Software on the TV. I don't have cable so I can't get into any other settings. Any other suggestions before I completely lose it?
