Unauthorized settings changes and Siri activation on iPhone 16e

For some reason it seems as if I have restrictions on my new iPhone 16e. My settings keep changing without my permission, Siri is enabled even though I turn it off. Seems to be the spray when I am at home. Any advice! I unpaired from a watch but am wondering if that could still be the issue... Thank you in advance for your help

Hey buddy i have 16E model but whenever i upload a video from 16e the video look good but if i see the video from other devices my video look pixelded like 480p quality..also i hade 11 and my brother have 15 i use same settings as them but my phone videos is treated like **** in meta (instagram and facebook and twitter ) can you help or do tou face same issue ??
